  • How can I book a reservation?

    You can simply call us at 336-899-5833. You can also email to info@bouncesesame.com. Our friendly staff wiil be happy to check inventory and place an order over the phone or through email.

  • Is there any deposit require ?

    Yes, we do required a credit card deposit. A $50 deposit for any invoice Total $200 or Less at time of placing order. A 25% deposit for any invoice Total $201 or Greater at time of placing order. All deposits are to be paid by credit cards. All rental deposit fee are set forth is payable at time of placing order. All balance of rental payments are set forth is payable in full at time of delivery.

  • Do you accept checks for deposit or payment?

    No, we do not accept checks.

  • Do I have to go into your store to pay for deposit or payment?

    No, you do not need to come into our store to make any payment. For your convienience we can process credit cards over the phone or through emails. We can also process credit cards payment at your location with our mobile card processor.

  • What is your cancellation policies?

    For normal cancellation, please cancel 10 business days before your rental date to recieve full refund of deposit.

  • What is your bad weather cancellation policies ?

    We have a worry free weather (heavy constant rain, snow, high winds more than 20 MPH) cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 6:00 PM the night before your rental date. There are absolutely NO fees associated with having to cancel due to poor weather conditions as long as it is done before 6:00 PM the night before your event. Sorry...you will forfiet your deposit if cancellation is not made by 6pm.

  • Do you have a bad weather policy ?

    We get this repeated question. You need to cancell by 6 PM the night before your rental date, to recieve full refund of deposit. If you do not cancel and decide to take a chance and your party get rains on. We can not give any refund or credit after the equipment has been delivered and setup.

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather are high winds 20 MPH or more, heavy constant rain, and snow. If the Equipment is delivered by Bounce Sesame. Customer shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever if Customer elects not to use the Equipment due to bad weather or other causes.

  • How much setup space do I need?

    You need to provide us with a set up area with about 5-10 feet bigger than the size of the unit you are renting. Please ask us about the dimension of the unit you are renting.

  • What type of surface can your equipment setup on?

    We prefer grass surface, safer for your children & our equipment. Make sure to notify us, the type of surface. Grass, Concrete, Dirt, Gravel or Asphalt. Each surface requires different methods of setting up for SAFE operation. We must be preparing for your type of surface at your location.

  • Do I need to have a clear setup area and pathway?

    Yes, your set up area must be clear and clean from animal waste/feces, tree branches, sharp rocks etc. A Clear, Clean area only to ensure your child and guests have a SAFE fun Jumping GOOD TIME!!

    Clear Pathway or Walk Way: Provide at least 4 feet wide path is available for delivery of the equipments. If curbs, steeps drive way, hills or stairs need to be negotiated. Our equipment are 200 lbs – 500 lbs, carry this type of weight up steeps drive way, stairs or curb can be very difficult. Please notify us, so we can be prepare for the task. We may ask for your assistance.

  • What type of electrical power is required?

    We have a certified electrician on staff, please ask if not sure. We just need a regular house plug - electrical outlet is required for operation. Electrical outlet must not be more than 75 feet away from the setup area. Please make sure all outlets have power before delivery: at your address, park or public location. Customers are responsible for all electrical outlet provided to our equipment.

    Make sure to have sufficient power and/or outlet for multiple equipments. Multiple equipments required more outlets; these outlets must be connected to their own circuit breakers.
